Instructions for Carapulka (Spanish Gullash)
To prepare the Carapulka (Spanish Gullash) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Meat and onions brune in butter with peppers and curry. Pour into a pan and broth poured over so it just covers. Beadloves are poured on before it's tender. The dish should boil for approx. 1 hour 15 min. amalgamated.
The dish is leveled and poured into a refractory dish.
Bacon roast on the forehead and then lightly mushroom and cocktail sausages in the bacon grease.
Spread bacon, mushrooms and sausages on top of the dish, sprinkle with fried cheese (mild), rasp and butterballs, gratin in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes to the surface is golden and crisp.
