Wash the potatoes well-let the skin be. Heat a pan with water up and came in when the water is boiling salted. Came the potatoes in and bring water to a boil. When the water boils reduce to medium heat. Drain, then left a little bit of water in the bottom of the pan. Put the pan back on the heat and turn up at the highest burner.
