To prepare the Camilla's mussel soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
The mussels are cleaned. Make sure everyone is alive! This is done by giving each mussel a light bank towards the table. If it is alive, it will close and otherwise it will be discarded. Rinse in cold water. Season butter with curry in a large saucepan and chop chopped onion and garlic with shredded pork and carrot. Add white wine and season with salt and pepper. Let boil for the wine is almost gone. Add the mussels and put on the pot. Let boil for a few minutes (until the mussels have opened) and add the cream.
Serve with bread.
