To prepare the Californian lamb chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chops are rubbed thoroughly with pepper and this one tbsp. oil. Brush a griddle with the rest of the oil and when the forehead is very hot, cut the chops 3-4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and hold the chops hot on a serving dish.
On the other frying pan, the dishes are brittle. They are picked up and the butter is melted on the forehead. The bananas are peeled, halved lengthwise and roasted golden on both sides of the butter. Just before serving, place a slice of ham on each cutlet and over half a fried banana.
