Ingredients for Caesar salad

Fresh, planed parmesan
Freshly ground pepper
Olive oil
Salt
1Egg yolk, past
1tspDijon mustard
1cloveGarlic
2Romaine
2-3tbspLemon juice
3Sardel fillet (salted anchovy fillets in oil, be purchased canned)
4-6slicesItalian bread

Instructions for Caesar salad

To prepare the Caesar salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bread croutons: cut the crust from the bread slices and cut them into 11/2 cm cubes. Heat a frying pan up and grate the bread browned while gradually adding 1-11/2 tablespoons olive oil. Finally add 1 clove pressed garlic. Let croutonerne cool on a few layers of paper towel.

Dressing: egg yolk, sardeller, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and lemon juice blended smoothly. Be careful with salt, sardellerne is fairly salty. Gradually add the olive oil, while the machine is running, the dressing is smooth and thick.

Rinse and dry the salad and cut it into appropriate pieces, or let the leaves be whole, it looks decorative.

Mix salad with cooled bread croutons, planed Parmesan to taste and pour dressing over eventually.

Do not mix the salad until it is served. (The dressing get it quickly to see a little inelegant out).
