150gFromage blanc
150gKyllingeinderfileter
25gHazel Nuts, flaked

400gCabbage, fintsnittet (preferably a mixture of red-, peak-and kale

Instructions for Cabbage salad (low fat)

To prepare the Cabbage salad (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Shake the hazelnut flakes golden on a dry pan.

Stir chicken chicken fillets 3-4 minutes on each side, season with salt and peeled pepper and cut them into slices or use the rest of the chicken from the dinner.

Cut the peel off the oranges and then cut the fillets out of the skin. Mix the cabbage with orange fillets, chicken and hazelnuts.

Stir fromage blanc with mustard, maple syrup and orange juice and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the salad with the coarse bread.
