Instructions for Cabbage roll
To prepare the Cabbage roll recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the meat with finely chopped onions and stir well with eggs, rasp and water or Danish water. Season with salt, pepper and possibly. paprika.
The cabbage is halved and the stick is cut out. The leaves are peeled apart, boiled in low salt water until they are soft 10-15 minutes. The leaves are picked up and rinsed under cold water, possibly cutting. The rough ribs out. Lay the leaves in a door layer for draining.
The fathers are divided into 8 portions, and about each serving a cabbage leaf is wrapped with cotton yarn.
The cabbage rolls are baked in a saucepan with a little oil, seasoned with salt and pepper and approx. 2½ dl. Cabbage water poured at. Small nuts (possibly with the rest of the cabbage) for approx. 3/4 hour until they are tender.
The cloud is cooked to add a little suit and may. Smooth with a little wheat flour.
