Instructions for Buns with marzipan and prunes
To prepare the Buns with marzipan and prunes recipe, please follow these instructions:
mix most of the flour with sugar and salt in a bowl and findel butter therein.
dissolve the yeast in the milk lunede. Add the egg in milk mixture and pour it over in melblandingen.
Knead the dough until it is smooth and release the bowl. Let dough raise 45 minutes.
knead the dough on a floured board with through the rest of the flour. portion out into 24 equal portions. take a prune and a piece of marzipan and pak a dejklup bypassing and form it into a bun.
put the dough balls on a baking tray with baking paper and let them raise the 30 minutes.
Bake dough balls at the bottom of a 200 degrees oven for about 20 minutes.
Let the buns cool and sprinkle a little icing sugar over them if necessary.
