Ingredients for Buns 06
1 | Eggs | |
1 | Small teaspoon. Salt | |
100 | g | Butter or oil |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Buns 06
To prepare the Buns 06 recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Warm the milk to hand warm and dissolve the yeast in it.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough well about 5 minutes, until it is smooth and sleek
3. Let dough raise to double the size of ca. 20 min.
4. Turn the dough together, share them in 16 paragraphs and form them into buns
5. put the dough balls on a greased baking sheet.
6. After raises to double size covered and snug ca. 40 min.
7. Brush with the beaten egg.
Baking time: set in the middle of a preheated oven approximately 10 – 220o 12 min. (hot air 200o).
Tips:
remember not to eggs in the batter, eggs are exclusively for brushing, putting eggs in destroys the taste.
