2 | Dried green lemons or juice of 1 lemon | |
5 | dl | Bulgur |
Instructions for Bulgur chicken
To prepare the Bulgur chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chicken, pepper, lemon juice, onion and water boiled in a pot an hour. The soup is boiling. The legs are removed and chicken meat cut into smaller pieces.
Bulguren rinsed and boiled in the soup with the meat and salt for 10 minutes at low heat. Then turn off the heat, and placed a towel under the lid for 10 minutes.
The onions are fried golden in butter, paprika is added.
Bulguren served on a platter. Butter and onions poured over. Served with tzatziki and bread.
