Instructions for Bulgarian lamb chops
To prepare the Bulgarian lamb chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
The onions are peeled, chopped well and mixed with creme fraichen. Garlic seed is peeled and pressed into the onion mixture. Rosemary, bowl and crushed bay leaf are stirred in the mixture, seasoned with salt and pepper. Put the lamb chops in a dish with high edges, cover with the spice mixture and allow to pull the lid in the fridge for 12 hours.
Dill and parsley rinse well, dry and chop well.
The chops are taken up by the spice mixture stirring with dill parsley, lemon juice and yogurt and season with salt and pepper. The grease is melted on a pan and the chops are cooked approx. 2 minutes on each side. The cold spice sauce is served separately.
For this, potatoes and salad are suitable.
