Ingredients for Brunsviger Cake

150 | g | Butter |

2 | tbsp | Cinnamon, ground |
2 | tbsp | Syrup, dark |
2 | dl | Whole milk |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
200 | g | Brown sugar |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Brunsviger Cake
To prepare the Brunsviger Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is spun in the lukewarm milk and in the 150 g. Melted butter.
Whip the eggs and stir them together with sugar and salt.
Add flour and stir until dough becomes smooth.
The dough must stand in a warm place and raise for half an hour.
Bring the dough into a greased pan of bread. 33x38 cm., Dot the dough with a wooden shaft (the end of a saucepan, or the like) so that there will be small grooves.
Among the filling:
Stir melted butter with the dough, syrup and cinnamon. Spread it over the yeast dough and allow the dough to add to double size approx. 20 minutes.
Pour the cake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees C alm. Oven for 25-30 minutes.
