Ingredients for Brownie
1 | Fingertip salt | |
1 | dl | Cream |
1 | tsp | Active dry yeast |
100 | g | Wheat flour |
100 | g | Melt chocolate |
2 | Eggs | |
200 | g | Roughly chopped walnuts |
200 | g | Melted butter |
200 | g | Sugar |
3 | tsp | Vanilla |
Instructions for Brownie
To prepare the Brownie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: mix the butter, vanilla and sugar until dough is light and airy.
Add the eggs one at a time, and whisk together. Add the melted chocolate.
In another bowl Mix flour, salt, yeast and three walnuts. Then mix it all with dough.
Pour the dough in a rye bread form and behind it in the middle of oven at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes. Then allow it to cool without taking it out of the mold.
Shelter: Warm the cream in a saucepan until it is just about to boil. Take the Pan from the stove and mix it with the melted chocolate. Stir until it is completely mixed and then add the melted butter.
Let it cool slightly before it is poured over the cake. Let it all cool in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm.
