Ingredients for Brian's Beef Soup

1Onion
1tbspOlive oil
1tspThyme, dried
150gBacon, diced
2Bouillon cube, ox
2cloveGarlic
250gMushrooms
400gLean beef into cubes
50gSpaghetti
8dlWater

Instructions for Brian's Beef Soup

To prepare the Brian's Beef Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown baconet in a pan with half of the olive oil and add the meat. Brown it in a few min. and season with salt and pepper.

Add the crumbled bouillon cubes, coarsely chopped onion, garlic, thyme, and water pressure. The Court let simmer, covered, for about 40 min.

Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and brown them in the rest of the olive oil (Which can be used 1-2 glass mushroom as just poured in the soup).

Add the air-dried celery and stir it into the Pan (Can be omitted, as it is not everyone who cares about it).

The pasta is cooked and turned over in the pan.

Tips:
Can be frozen down, or saved for the next day. However, we should not get all the pasta in, as it will be somewhat flaccid and treated when boiling the next day.

Lean beef can be used as shoulder, Chuck steak, beefsteak, pork or clump.
