To prepare the Brezel recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast dissolves in the lukewarm milk. Add flour, salt and butter into small pieces and mix the dough into a smooth dough. Raises for 30 min. The dough is divided into 10 pieces, which are drawn to long rods (about 50 cm), which should be slightly thicker in the middle. These are formed into pastries, which should raise 20 min.
