Ingredients for Breaded Zucchini

¾ | dl | Wheat flour |
1 | pcs | Squash (approx. 20 cm) or 3-4 small |
2 | tsp | Grated ginger (fresh), paprika or Curry |
Instructions for Breaded Zucchini
To prepare the Breaded Zucchini recipe, please follow these instructions:
Washing squashen. Cut it into thin slices (a little less than ½ cm) on the long or short part. It is easier and quicker to pan the pieces, when they cut the long part.
Turn the slices into white flour mixture and fry them Golden until tender and crisp.
Server: mashed potatoes or various cooked vegetables.
A residual breaded Zucchini can be eaten on bread with carrot/Apple Slaw or with remoulade.
Tips:
It is difficult to get the breadcrumbs to hang in, can squash the slices be turned in together the beaten egg with a little water before they turned into white flour mixture.
