Butter and sesame seeds to form | ||
1 | l | Wholemeal rye flour |
1 | tsp | Sea salt |
1 | dl | Sunflower oil |
100 | g | Yeast |
2 | tbsp | Anise |
2 | tbsp | Fennel |
2 ½ | dl | Rye flour |
3 | dl | Flax seed |
6 | dl | Lukewarm water |
8 | dl | Boiling water |
Instructions for Bread with flax seed
To prepare the Bread with flax seed recipe, please follow these instructions:
For sourdough mix flaxseed, rye flour and boiling water in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and leave it for 5-6 hours, preferably overnight. Dissolve yeast in a little lukewarm water. Add the rest of the water and stir well. Mix with the sourdough. Add salt, spices and oil. Add rye flour a little at a time and work the dough smooth and smooth. Let it rise in a tight spot without pull for 45 minutes. Grease 4 molds 1 ½ l and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Distribute the dough into the molds and allow the bread to rise for about 30 minutes.
