Instructions for Brazilian chicken soup
To prepare the Brazilian chicken soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Enables the chicken. Divide it into 6-8 pieces. Arrow and chop onion and garlic.
Melt the butter in a pan and let the onions and garlic spin on low heat 5 min.
Add the rice, let it all spin for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with the water and put the chicken pieces. Add the spice curve and let the dish spin for about 45 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Cut the ham into cubes and finally heat it in the chicken casserole. Take the spice bouquet and season with salt and pepper.

tips:
Cut ½ red peppers into strips and let them boil for the last 5 minutes. 100 gr mushrooms can be sliced and added with onion and garlic.
