Instructions for Braised veal calf
To prepare the Braised veal calf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub the meat with a little salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into cubes and shake them in a dry saucepan. Take the bacon cubes up and brown in the melted grease.
Arrow the bulbs, cut them in and add them. Pour apple cider and water into the pan and cook the meat for 1½ to 2 hours until it is so tender that the leg can be loosened. Cut the apples into thin boats and simmer for the last 10-15 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
