Turkey Club filled with oregano and laced up. Fry in pan along with the garlic, bay leaf and peppercorns. When the mallet is golden brown on all sides is taken up by the Pan and place in the baking dish along with the garlic, peppercorns and bay leaf. Add approximately 1 ½ dl water in the bottom of the dish. The mallet FRY on in oven approximately 40-45 my. In saucepan, add vegetables, tomato juice, broth and bulgur and boil at low heat this in about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. The meat is taken out and served with bulgur and vegetable.
