4-5Potatoes
5dlBeef broth
750gBeef-eg. Chuck steak

Instructions for Braised beef with root vegetables

To prepare the Braised beef with root vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into cubes (3x3 cm) and cut all vegetables into smaller cubes.
Fill the vegetables in a refractory dish, and mix rosemary, thyme and bay leaves with salt and a little pepper.
Brown the meat on a pan or in a frying pan.
Spread the pieces of meat on top of the vegetables and pour broth and wine over.
Lay staniol tightly over.
Put in the oven at about 140 degrees.
After 2 1/2 hours, the dish is taken out and served immediately.
Possibly. Can be pinned with finely chopped parsley.
