Instructions for Boston Fry
To prepare the Boston Fry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the margarine in a frying pan when it has taken color, turn the meat over until it is browned on all sides. Let the meat get in the pot and add ½l of water. Dip the heat after about 10 minutes and let the meat rise approx. 1½ hour, will be best / most tender when passing through.
Take the meat and keep it warm while the sauce is made of what is now in the pan with red wine and cream. Season with salt and pepper and possibly. color.

Serving suggestions:
Cut the meat into thin slices and arrange on an elongated / oval dish and garnish with a little of the sauce. Serve new potatoes or baked potatoes, glazed pearls in crispy currants and pan-fried tomatoes. Depending on the season / desire, choose either a good salad or lightly cooked vegetables as an accessory.
