To prepare the Bornholmer omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Free the herring for skins and legs and fillets shake for a moment in margarine on the forehead. Eggs, water and salt are whipped well and poured over. Shake your forehead back and forth while the omelette stiffens over low heat. Sprinkle radishes and chives over when the surface is almost stiffened. Served in the forehead.
