100 | g | Wheat flour |
100 | g | Butter |
150 | g | Grated cheese |

Instructions for Bondepie
To prepare the Bondepie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour, butter and salt are crumbled to look like sawdust.
Quickly mix with a little cold water for a uniform dough.
The dough must not be kneaded.
The dough is rolled out thinly and stuck to the bottom that fits the muffin molds.
FYLD: The potatoes are shredded and cooked with peel on.
The pores are steamed in a little oil.
The potatoes mashed (they must not be mashed out - there must be little lumps in) along with butter, leeks, garlic, cayenne, muskat, salt and pepper.
The filling is well cooked and distributed in the bottoms.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 200 degrees (ordinary oven) for about 20 minutes.
