500 | g | Baking potatoes |
500 | g | Hake fillet without skin |
Instructions for Bolinhos
To prepare the Bolinhos recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are cooked very tender in water without salt, steamed dry and moses.
The fish is cooked tender in plenty of water with thyme and salt.
Onion and garlic chopped finely and FRY in the oil until tender. the fish are picked and add the onions to the Pan and invert the whole thing together.
Fish mixture be reversed along with kartoffelmosen which is now added to the eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
A good spoonful of the mixture is formed into a roll as turned into flour.
Fried golden in frying oil.
