Instructions for Boiled salmon with caviar sauce
To prepare the Boiled salmon with caviar sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring 1 liter of water to boil in a wide saucepan, preferably a fish saucepan. Add wine, bay leaves and white pepper. Put the fish in and simmer for 20 minutes until the fish starts to divide, but still stuck.
Arrow the eggs and chop them nicely. Arrow and heel loosened. Take the avocado out of the skull and cut it into the tern. Mix onion and avocado with mayonnaise and creme fraice.
Gently turn the eggs into the sauce and finally turn into the caviar. Taste with salt and pepper. The sauce should not be too long, the caviar delivers color, and then the sauce becomes gray.
Arrange and yarn the salmon. Then serve hot or cold with caviar sauce and boiled potatoes.
