Instructions for Bobolie
To prepare the Bobolie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lamb / beef / veal / pork tenderloin brune and add broth and boil a little. Onion is switched with a carry, tern of sour apples added. 100 g. Raisins or 200 g. Stewed grapes (best), 50 g. Almonds, 4 tbsp. Hot mangochutney and 3 tbsp. Lemon juice is added. 3 slices of french bread soaked in 2½ dl. Milk / cream + 3 eggs.
