Wheat flour on slums | ||

1.5 | tsp | Salt |
2 | dl | Oatmeal |
2 | dl | Sifting |
2 | tbsp | Syrup |
2 | dl | Water |
3 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
75 | g | Butter or margarine |
Instructions for Bob ´ s Buns
To prepare the Bob ´ s Buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk and water until it is lukewarm lunes.
The yeast is mixed in it.
Add butter, salt, cardamom, oatmeal and sifting. Stir well.
Add the wheat flour on slum until you have a good dough.
The dough is shaped to 24 buns, depending on how large you want them.
They must direct on the plate. Brush with egg. Increase in ca. 40 min.
Bake at 220 degrees for about 15 mins.
