2 | dl | Blueberry |
2 | dl | Blueberry jam |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
2-3 | tbsp | Sugar |
425 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Blueberry Bars II
To prepare the Blueberry Bars II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel yeast in dejfadet. Pour the milk in and stir the yeast out.
Add half of the flour, salt and sugar. Stir in the softened butter in.
Got most of the flour in and stir the batter well. Save a little flour for later deployment.
Take the dough out on the table and part it into two portions. Roll each portion out into a square 20 x 30 cm and put them on a greased plate or on wax paper.
Cut the dejsiderne in 6 cm long sniper. Put blåbærree down the Middle, sprinkle with sugar and potato flour.
Merge snipperne together over the filling.
Brush with the beaten egg.
The rods raises approx. 1 hour.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until golden. Sprinkle with icing.
Tips:
If the rods must be frozen, Blueberries sprinkled first with icing after thawing.
