To prepare the BlackBerry Almond Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Tires the bottom of a springform approx. 24 cm with tilklippet baking paper. Eggs and sugar are beaten together to form a thick cream. The ground almond, invert gently in the cream and pour it into the springformen. The cake baked in 30-35 min at 200 degrees. Let the cake being cold in the form. The mould is removed and the cake is covered with stiftpisket cream and lots of fresh blackberries
