Chocolate and butter melted over water bath.
Milk and cream are boiled up.
The eggs are whipped with sugar.
The melted chocolate and butter mixture add the boiling milk and cream.
The flour is sifted and turned gently into the chocolate mixture.
Then the whipped eggs are also turned into the mixture until the mass is even.
The finished mixture is poured into well-smeared raisins or other portions of cake, but not in paper muffin molds!
The cakes are baked in a 170 degree hot oven for 10 minutes!
