Instructions for Bites asparagus soup
To prepare the Bites asparagus soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
The asparagus is peeled and the end pieces are cut. Boil them in low salt water for about 15 minutes. Cut them into small pieces. Remove the heads and put them on a plate.
Add asparagus peel and root in the water and add the soup dish. Boil it for about 30 minutes and then say the soup. Cake the asparagus pieces in the sugary soup - but not the heads before the butter bowl is added. The butter bowl is stirred with butter and flour and is slowly whipped into the soup. When the soup is even, take it off the heat and add 2 egg yolks one at a time.
Taste with white pepper and server roasted breadcrumbs.
