To prepare the Beetroot soup 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The onions are chopped. The beetroot peeled and cut into coarse cubes. Potatoes are rinsed, peeled and cut into cubes. The butter is heated in a saucepan, and onion, beetroot and potatoes are lightly heated by medium heat for 5 minutes.
The vegetable broth is poured and boiled. It boils on medium heat for 40 minutes. It is thoroughly ground with the spelled blender and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Juice sis, 1 dl whipped cream add and reboil. Then it is poured into 4 plates, and each dish is served with 1 teaspoon of cream pepper and finely chopped garlic.
