Instructions for Beetroot-Apple Salad
To prepare the Beetroot-Apple Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
The peeled beetroots bake in the middle of the oven at 190 degrees c. alm. oven for about 40 minutes, until tender.
Remove from the oven and cut them into small squares, which measures approx. 1-2 cm on all sides. The apples are cut out in similar pieces. The onion chopped fine.
Marinade: mix by touching all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl or a plate with high edges. Apples, beets and onions mixed with the marinade, which pulls in about 30 minutes.
Dressing dressing: stir together all the ingredients mix easily to a clear and uniform dressing.
The salad served on a plate on a bed of rocket salad with salad served at the Center and with a spoonful of dressing on top. Garnish, if desired. with some fresh basil.
