Ingredients for Beef with green curry paste

Basil leaves
1cannedCoconut milk
1tspCoconut sugar
12Baby eggplant, ca. 300 g
2tbspFish sauce (nam pla)
2Fresh, green chilies
2Fresh red chillies
2tbspGreen curry paste
2Onion
2tbspOil
3cmGinger
4Kaffir lime leaves
400gLean beef

Instructions for Beef with green curry paste

To prepare the Beef with green curry paste recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the aubergines in small boats pil loose. Cut the slice into slices and the meat in thin strips. Chop the chilli.

Heat a wok and wrap the oil around. Sweat curry paste ½ minute.
Add beef.
Swap it until it's browned (maybe two turns depending on the size of your wok)

Stir coconut milk, fish sauce and coconut sugar in.

Boil and add eggplant, onion, chilli, ginger and Kaffir gingerbread. Cook for 5 minutes.

Taste it with extra fish sauce.

Serve the dish warming hot, decorated with basil leaves.
Eat jasmine rice.
