250 | g | Mushrooms |

50 | g | Margarine |
750 | g | Beef Fillet, tenderloin or inner thighs |
Instructions for Beef stroganoff
To prepare the Beef stroganoff recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut meat and bacon into thick strips, shake in margarine until golden. Chopped onions are finally shaken. The pot is taken from the heat.
Peppers are added. The pot is heated again.
Purified mushrooms are divided if large and mixed in stirring.
When the mushrooms fall together, pour the soup and tomato paste. Mature tomatoes are scalded, flaked, divided and shredded. They are put in the pot.
The dish roast quite softly for a little 15 minutes if you sacrifice fillet or tenderloin, but approx. 1½ hour if the right is made of the inner thigh.
The cloud is boiled and smoothed, creme fraiche or the cream dripping in. The dish is cooked to and served with mashed potatoes.
tips:
Steak Stroganoffkan tender in oven at 165 degrees below lid. Strips of bacon can be put on top. Just before serving, sprinkle freshly soured mushrooms, but from the beginning, mushrooms must be flavored.
