Ingredients for Beef Karahi

0.5dlFreshly chopped coriander leaves
0.5dlThe oil
1tspGaram masala
1tspGarlic pasta
1tspCoriander powder
1tspSalt
1tspCumin powder
1000gBeef cut into cubes
2tspGinger into thin strips
3-4Tomatoes, coarsely chopped
4Green chili peppers sliced
4-6Whole red chili pepper

Instructions for Beef Karahi

To prepare the Beef Karahi recipe, please follow these instructions:

Marinate beef with garlic pasta and salt and let it soak for 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a karahi or heavy saucepan. Crush the red chillies and let it simmer for a few seconds, then add the chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Add beef cubes, coriander powder, cumin powder and approximately 2 ½ dl. water.

Cook over low heat for the meat is tender and all the water is gone, 20-25 minutes.

Add ginger, coriander leaves and green chillies and cook another 5 minutes. Sprinkled with garam masala and taken by the heat.

Servers hot with naan bread.
