Instructions for Beef Chuck steak with potato gratin
To prepare the Beef Chuck steak with potato gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Brown the meat on all sides. Pour the water in. Sprinkle salt and pepper and let it cook for about 1 hour.
