0.5 | tsp | Almond essence |
0.5 | dl | Skimmed milk |
1 | tsp | Floating sweet |
1 | tsp | Vanilleessens |
10 | g | Baking soda |
125 | g | Apples |
2 | Egg yolk | |
2 | Egg white | |
20 | g | Skimmed-milk powder |
30 | g | Wheat flour |
30 | g | Mayonnaise. reduced-fat |
Instructions for Bedmature (diabetes)
To prepare the Bedmature (diabetes) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Apple sauce: 1 apple cut into small tern and boil tenderly with lemon juice - and add to the vanilla essence.
The dough is stirred together and poured into a mold. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Oven for approx. 20 minutes.
When the cake is baked, place the apple sauce on top of the cake.
Whip the egg whites completely stiff, taste with liquid sauce and then place the pinch whites on top of the apple sauce.
Bake again in the oven for approx. 10 minutes or until the marlin is golden. Behind it, however, is not too long, then Marengsen becomes a rubber.
