To prepare the Bears Pan steaks recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the meat very tender quite slowly (in a special slow cooker or saucepan on low heat) When it is tender remove the fat and add the above ingredients. The meat should cook for at least 4 hours. I would recommend to serve meat with a good mashed potatoes, since the cloud is great in flavor to this. The recipe is easy to prepare and does not require many special ingredients. All that I've served enetn roe deer or bear prepared in this way, love it and swear that it's not a completely out of the Woods.
Tips:
The reason that the cooking time is so long is that bjørnekød contains the threadworms, which can make people sick. They die by the long cooking time.
