100 | g | Butter beans (lima beans) |
100 | g | Corn |
2 | Eggs | |
5 | dl | Skimmed milk |
50 | g | Mozzarella |
50 | g | Black beans |
Instructions for Bean gratin
To prepare the Bean gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beans are healthy, filled with proteins (even more than beef!) And they taste delicious a cold autumn day.
Beans must be in water for at least 12 hours before use; They are quite poisonous without ....
Boil the beans in RENT water for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 200g while mixing the beans with corn, spices, herbs, salt, pepper and milk in a saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes. You should touch the whole time or you should not touch deeply; Skim milk is quite easy by boiling ... so if it boils on the bottom, just make sure not to touch the burned off.
Whip the eggs with the whites and mix it with the beans. Put it in a refractory dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes. Server with raw salad or Fried Fennel salad for.
Instead of corn you can also put green beans (and make the 100% bean gratin) or other vegetables that are not too watery. If you want to use carrots or similar, you should blank them first so they are not raw.
