Ingredients for Barbecue Chicken
1 | tsp | Curry |
1 | dl | Olive oil |
100 | g | Brown sugar |
2 | tbsp | Concentrated tomato puree |
2 | Chicks about 1200 gr | |
2 | clove | Pressed garlic |
Instructions for Barbecue Chicken
To prepare the Barbecue Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut each chicken out for approx. 8 pieces and put them in a well-baked refractory dish (possibly 2 dishes)
With the skinside down. The barbecue sauce is stirred together by the remaining ingredients and brushed the chickens (only half of the barbecue).
Cover the dish with foil and set in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Take the dish and turn the chickens and brush with the rest of the sauce. Put back in the oven until the meat is tender approx. 30 min.
When the chickens are tender, remove the foil and screw the oven up to 225-230 degrees until golden and crisp.
