0.5tspCayenne pepper
0.5tspMustard powder
1lFruit vinegar
1.5tbspCurry
2Chopped onions
2Mild red chili
24Not too ripe small bananas
250gRaisins
5tspSalt
5dlSugar

Instructions for Banana Chutney

To prepare the Banana Chutney recipe, please follow these instructions:

The bananas are put into vinegar in a pan for 2 hours until they are soft. In between, they are carefully turned with a wooden box.

Sugar, chopped chilli and onions come in, all of it is boiled up. Let it cool off. Come in with the raisins, taste with curry, mustard powder, cayenne pepper, cinnamon and salt. Refrigerate it all over again.

Bring the hot chutney on clean glass and close immediately.
