0.75dlTaste neutral oil (rape/grape seed etc.)
1tspGround cinnamon
1tspVanilla sugar
100gWheat flour
100gDark chocolate (like 70% or more)
1-1.5dlNuts (hazelnut/almond/walnut)
150gSugar (preferably cane sugar)
2tspBaking soda
3Eggs
3Large ripe bananas (about 300 g.)
50gWholemeal flour (wheat or spelt)
50gOatmeal
65gButter

Instructions for Banana cake with chocolate and nuts

To prepare the Banana cake with chocolate and nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:

Eggs, sugar and oil are whipped airy. The butter is melted in a saucepan at low heat and the bananas are mashed with a fork. Bring flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking soda and spices into the mixture along with butter and banana and whip it all well together with a hand knife.
Chop the chocolate roughly and turn it into the dough, after which the whole glory is poured into a lining of a baking paper.
The nuts (like a mix of all three sales - or others) are chopped and sprinkled over the unbidden cake. - This makes the nuts roasted on top of the cake.
Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 175 degrees for approx. 30 min. (The dough must not stick when stuck in the cake)
