Instructions for Baked root vegetables
To prepare the Baked root vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the oven to 200 degrees.
Peel and shred potatoes, beetroot and sirloin in strips. Comes in a freezer bag. Then pour 3 tbsp. Olive oil in the bag, salt and pepper and leave it for approx. 5min. Stir the bacon slightly while you wait. The mixture from the bag is placed in an ovenproof dish. Chopped fresh parsley as well as the fried bacon poured outwards. Mix well before putting it into the oven.
Heat at 200 degrees for approx. 30-40min. (No heating air).
