150 | g | Grated cheddar cheese |
3 | tbsp | Minced chives |
4 | tbsp | Sour cream |
4 | tsp | Butter |

Scrub the potatoes well in cold water. Dry them and put them in a greased pan. Place them in the oven at 200 gr. For approx. 1-1¼ hours until they are completely pierced.
Cut a cross into each potato. Put the skin on the potato a little away, so the cross opens. Bring butter in the holes.
Mix creme fraiche, ham, chili, chives, salt and pepper. Get it in the potatoes. Distribute cheese and style the potatoes in the oven at 225 gr. For approx. 15 min. Until the cheese is melted and golden.
