2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | Small eggs | |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
200 | g | Form franskbrød |
4 | slices | Parma ham |
8 | leaves | Fresh basil |
Instructions for Baked mozzarella 02
To prepare the Baked mozzarella 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the crust off the bread and divide it into 4 thick slices.
Cut a deep pocket into each slice.
Put a slice of mozzarella, a slice of ham and a little chopped basil in each pocket.
Squeeze the opening together and put the bread on a plate.
Pour the milk over and let them pull a few min.
Turn the bread in flour.
Whip the eggs together with salt and pepper.
Place the bread approx. 20 min. In the egg mixture.
Heat oil on a pan and pour the loaves golden on each side.
Let them drip onto greasy paper.
Serving them warm and crisp with tomato salad.
