To prepare the Baked beef tenderloin 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the meat and brown it quickly in golden margarine on all sides. Do not fry. Take the meat and put it in a sand cake form or the like. Pour Madeira over.
Cover the mold with plastic film when the meat is cold and refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours. Turn occasionally to the meat. Take the meat up. Shake the madeira and dip the meat dry.
Pour thawed butterdej a little, so it fits in length and width with the meat. Place the meat in the middle of the dough. Bend the ends of the dough over the meat. Fold one side of the dough about the meat. Brush with coiled egg and fold the other side over. Brush excess flour with a dry cake brush.
Lay the tenderloin knife the joint down on an unmasked baking sheet. Brush with coiled egg and set the dish in the middle of 235 degrees approx. 25-35 min depending on how thick the meat is. Take the meat out 10 minutes before serving.
