Ingredients for Bagels

Poppy seeds or sesame seeds
Together the beaten egg
Water for boiling added about 1 tablespoon of salt per litre
1tspSalt
2Eggs
2.5dlLukewarm water
3tbspOil
50gYeast
600-725gWheat flour

Instructions for Bagels

To prepare the Bagels recipe, please follow these instructions:

Break into pieces in a bowl and stir the yeast into the water. Add the oil, salt and eggs, and knead in flour, so much that the dough will be smooth. Deck the bowl with a cloth or film, and let dough raise in 30 min. on a warm place. Knead the dough on a floured. Share it in 16 paragraphs, and roll them to approx. 20 cm long sausages, which are slightly thinner at both ends. Moisten one end with a little water, and put the pølsrene together to form rings. Squeeze the ends together. Let the water with salt in a large saucepan cook up. Put a few rings in at a time, and cook them for about 1-2 min. Take them up (possibly with a slotted spoon) and let them drain on paper towel. Turn on the oven at 220 degrees. Add the precooked rings on a greased baking sheet or baking paper. They brushed with egg, sprinkled with garnish of your choice and bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes, Let them cool on a wire rack.
