To prepare the Bacon, Egg and Tomato (Microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the bacon slices on a plate and put it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds at 100%.
Half the tomato and place the tomato pieces on the plate with the crowned side up.
Slice the egg into a greased cup, put the flower into pieces with a sharp knife, put plastic film loosely over and put the plate of bacon and tomato.
Let the dish stand in the oven for 1½ minutes at 100% and turn the plate every 15 seconds.
Allow the rest to rest for 30 seconds. Then cut the egg off the cup and put it on the plate.
